Originally designed for PCs in the 1990s, the system was being used on iPads in 2024, leading to significant usability challenges. The project involved transforming an outdated, cluttered interface into a modern, intuitive, touch-friendly experience for waitstaff and managers, ultimately aiming to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
